Wilson Sonsini Advises Maneva on $27 Million Series A
On June 10, 2026, Maneva, the video-to-action AI company building the intelligence layer for modern manufacturing, announced $27 million in Series A funding, accelerating its mission to close the $18 trillion global manufacturing efficiency gap. The Series A round was led by U.S. Venture Partners (USVP), with participation from returning investors Bling Capital and Freestyle Capital, alongside a group of leading angel investors and funds. This fundraise brings Maneva’s total capital raised to $38.4 million. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Maneva on the transaction.

The proceeds from the Series A will position Maneva to accelerate on three fronts: deepening its core AI capabilities through continued development of its patent-pending VITA and ALIS agents, expanding its customer base into new geographies and industries, and rolling out its next generation of factory orchestration and AI knowledge agent features.

On June 10, 2026, Figure Technology Solutions (Figure), the blockchain-native capital marketplace for the origination, funding, sale, and trading of tokenized assets, announced a definitive agreement to acquire Kiavi, an AI-powered lending platform for residential real estate investors. The transaction includes the purchase of Kiavi’s balance sheet assets by a joint venture between Figure and Sixth Street, a leading global investment firm, who is buying loans off Kiavi’s balance sheet. Wilson Sonsini Advises Scale AI on $14.35 Billion Investment from Meta
On June 12, 2025, Scale AI, Inc., the humanity-first AI company, announced a $14.35 billion investment from Meta Platforms, Inc. that values Scale at over $29 billion. The agreement will also substantially expand Scale and Meta’s commercial relationship to accelerate deployment of Scale’s data solutions. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati is advising Scale on the transaction.

In addition, Scale’s founder, Alexandr Wang, is joining Meta to work on Meta’s AI efforts. He will continue to serve as a director on Scale’s board of directors and support Scale’s ongoing work to unlock the power of AI and keep human values at the forefront.

Scale will distribute proceeds from Meta’s investment to Scale shareholders and vested equity holders, providing them with substantial liquidity as well as the opportunity to continue participating in Scale’s success as ongoing equity holders of the company. Following its investment, Meta will hold a minority of Scale’s outstanding equity.

The round was led by Montage Ventures and Trucks Venture Capital, with participation from CarMax, Assurant Ventures, Acrew Capital, Gutter Capital, Detroit Venture Partners, Holman, and Automotive Ventures. Treehouse’s mission is to simplify electrification through software-enabled Installation-as-a-Service, empowering people to live more sustainable lives and accelerating the decarbonization of the places we live and work. The funds from the round will be used to expand Treehouse's Installation-as-a-Service offering to more than 30 states in the next 12 months, while investing in software that can expand the offering to other electrification products.
