On August 14, 2026, Silicon Valley Business Journal named Wilson Sonsini corporate partner Lester Ang to its 2026 class of “40 Under 40” honorees, which showcases a new generation of leaders helping shape the region’s future through innovation, entrepreneurship, community engagement, and business excellence.

Lester advises technology companies on capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic financings. He has worked on deals including Lyft’s $2.6 billion IPO, Zynga’s $12.7 billion sale to Take-Two, and Meta’s $14.35 billion investment in Scale AI.
