On October 9, Wilson Sonsini partner Michelle Yost Hale will participate in the annual Retail Industry Leaders Association Retail Law Conference on the topic, "Supply Chain Challenges and Antitrust Implications: Examining Transactions and Remedy Packages." Panelists will explore the antitrust implications at the intersection of supply chain challenges and opportunities for the retail industry and how to best position transactions for success. Key considerations include supply-related arguments and the requirements for remedy packages.
