Marc Porter is a corporate partner in the Salt Lake City office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he represents innovative emerging technology, life sciences, consumer product, and other venture and private equity backed companies. He represents companies in their financings and liquidity events, as well as their day-to-day legal matters. He also has extensive experience representing companies in strategic acquisitions. Eric Tuttle is a seasoned litigator with broad experience tackling the most difficult problems clients face. He is a graduate of Caltech with a background in machine learning who combines deep technical expertise with sophisticated legal acumen. He has secured wins for Google in patent litigation, a major financial institution in litigation over investments in mortgage-backed securities, and the Norton Simon Museum in litigation over two panel paintings by Lucas Cranach the Elder—the last of which resulted in a California Lawyer Attorneys of the Year award.
