Zachary Shufro is an associate in the New York office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he is part of the firm’s technology transactions practice. Zachary works with clients in a wide range of industries and at all stages of their life cycles, advising on the intellectual property and technology aspects of mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, the negotiation of commercial contracts, and the acquisition, transfer, and licensing of intellectual property and technology.
Prior to joining the firm, Zachary was an associate in the data and technology transactions group at Latham & Watkins LLP. Before joining Latham, he worked as a law clerk at a boutique law firm specializing in multinational negotiation in fine art transactions, where his experience included participating in looted art litigation before the U.S. Supreme Court and representing collectors in dealings with major European auction houses and artist foundations. Zachary also previously worked in-house at a major fashion house, where he handled trademark and copyright prosecution and commercial contract negotiations.
