Will Shepherd is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he focuses on complex commercial litigation. He advises innovative and emerging companies on a wide range of legal challenges, including disputes involving intellectual property, data privacy, regulatory compliance, and investor relations. Will has experience handling all stages of litigation, from pre-trial strategy to trial, in both federal and state courts.

Before joining Wilson Sonsini, Will served as a law clerk to the Honorable Maame Ewusi-Mensah Frimpong of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. He previously practiced as an associate at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan. Prior to law school, Will worked as a management consultant at Accenture.
