Savir Punia is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he practices corporate and securities law. He represents emerging and public companies across all stages of growth, including with respect to initial corporate formation issues; day-to-day corporate governance matters; venture capital transactions; initial public, follow-on, and secondary equity offerings; SEC compliance; disclosure matters; exchange-listing standards; convertible note offerings and high-yield and investment-grade debt offerings; and complex securities law issues. He also advises investors in connection with a broad range of matters.
