Rodrigo (Rod) Valle is a seasoned U.S. and UK dual-qualified attorney in the technology transactions practice at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Rod represents technology companies in a variety of industries in strategic commercial transactions and financings, mergers, and acquisitions. He has extensive experience negotiating agreements involving the development, transfer, sale, commercialization, and licensing of technology, data, or intellectual property assets, including agreements related to software, artificial intelligence technology, cloud-based platforms, supplier and reseller relationships, strategic alliances, joint ventures, and asset transfers. As part of his practice, Rod advises UK and other international technology companies in connection with their U.S. expansion and business operations in the U.S. and UK. He also handles the intellectual property components of corporate transactions and M&A deals and counsels clients on general technology and intellectual property matters, including in the context of daily business operations.
