Priyanka Nawathe is an associate in the Boston office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where her practice focuses on corporate and securities law. She was also legal intern in the intellectual property group at Microsoft. During law school, Priyanka served as a director of projects for the Harvard Law Entrepreneurship Project, a student practice organization offering free legal advice to start-up companies in the community.
