Oliver Green is an associate in the New York office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he is a member of the firm’s antitrust and competition practice. He advises companies on merger matters, complex litigation, and government investigations. He also counsels clients on the application of competition laws to their businesses. Oliver has represented clients from a wide range of industries, including aerospace and defense, artificial intelligence, financial services, life sciences, technology, and sports.
Prior to joining Wilson Sonsini, Oliver was an associate in the antitrust and competition group of Skadden Arps in New York.
