Nora Crawford is a senior associate in Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati’s Delaware office, where her practice focuses on corporate governance litigation and counseling. Nora regularly represents companies and their directors and officers across the full spectrum of M&A and stockholder litigation in the Delaware courts. Her practice also involves advising special committees in connection with derivative litigation and boards and fiduciaries on all issues of Delaware corporate law, helping clients navigate both high-stakes litigation and the day-to-day complexities of corporate governance and fiduciary duties.
Outside of her client work, Nora serves as co-chair of the firm’s Associates Committee and maintains an active pro bono practice. Her commitment to the Delaware legal community has been recognized with the Attorney ad Litem Service to the Court Award from the Delaware Court of Chancery and the firm’s John Wilson Award.
Before joining the firm, Nora clerked for the Honorable Kent A. Jordan (Ret.) of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Honorable Leonard P. Stark then-of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
