Max Johnson is an associate in the London office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he is a member of the firm’s corporate and M&A practices.

Max’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and corporate finance. He primarily advises companies, founders, venture capital funds, and financial institutions on complex domestic and cross-border transactions in the technology and life sciences sectors. His practice covers the entire life cycle of a company, from early stage to exit.

Prior to joining the firm, Max was an associate in the international corporate department of Bird & Bird in London.
