Lisa Stimmell is a partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Based in the firm's Palo Alto office, she practices corporate and securities law with a focus on advising public companies and larger enterprise clients on complex corporate governance, SEC compliance, and 1934 Act disclosure matters. She also advises late-stage private companies on enhancing governance structures and practices, as well as consideration of dual/multi-class governance structures. Lisa has a broad range of transactional experience, including the representation of public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions; underwriters and issuers in public offerings; and issuers and investors in private equity financings.

On March 2, 2026, Lumentum, a leader in optical and photonic technologies, and NVIDIA announced their multiyear strategic agreements to accelerate innovation in advanced optics technologies and NVIDIA’s $2 billion equity investment in Lumentum to support R&D, future capacity and operations as Lumentum builds out its U.S.-based manufacturing capabilities in a new fab.
