Lauren B. Lichtblau is a partner in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati where she practices corporate and securities law. Lauren represents companies at all stages of their life cycle, from start-ups to mature public companies, as well as venture capital firms and other institutional investors. She has a broad range of experience working with private and public companies on general corporate and transactional matters, including public offerings and venture capital financings.
