On December 11, 2025, Harness, an AI software delivery platform company, announced a $240 million Series E financing round, comprised of a $200 million investment led by Goldman Sachs Alternatives and a planned $40 million tender offer with participation from IVP, Menlo Ventures, and Unusual Ventures. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised IVP and Menlo Ventures on the transaction.
