Dr. Zheng (Jen) Zeng is an IP specialist in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she is a member of the firm’s patents and innovations group. Since 2018, Jen has focused on patent prosecution in fields such as RNA therapeutics, antibody therapies including ADC, cell therapies, single-cell sequencing, and gene editing. She also provides support in various intellectual property matters, including due diligence and freedom-to-operate analyses.
Jen earned her Ph.D. in Biological Science from the University of California, San Diego. Her doctoral research concentrated on the impacts of neurotrophins on axonal transport and neuronal activity. During her graduate studies, Jen led pro bono consulting teams to assess the scientific and market potential of life sciences innovations for San Diego start-ups.
Jen is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
