Ghislaine Nobileau is a UK and U.S. qualified associate in the London office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she accompanies and advises emerging companies and founders from early stage to exit. She has experience working on both the investor and company side of venture transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Ghislaine was a commercial and transactional lawyer who advised clients on a broad range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters across the technology, media, telecom, and energy sectors. Her experience includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, technology transactions, joint ventures, and data protection and compliance advice.

Ghislaine has worked in Paris, London, and New York, and is comfortable working in English and in French. She has experience working in the U.S., the EMEA region, and in emerging markets.
