Wilson Sonsini Advises Nu Quantum on Series A Financing
On December 10, 2025, Nu Quantum, the category creator and leader in distributed quantum computing, announced it has closed its $60 million Series A funding round, with participation from new investors National Grid Partners, Gresham House Ventures and Morpheus Ventures, and continued support from existing investors Amadeus Capital Partners, IQ Capital, Ahren Capital, Cambridge Enterprise Ventures, East Innovate, NSSIF, and Sumitomo (Presidio Ventures). It is the largest financing round ever raised by a pure-play quantum networking company, and the largest quantum Series A in the UK to date. On December 6, 2023, Pragmatic Semiconductor, the world leader in manufacturing flexible integrated circuits, announced that it completed a first close of its Series D funding round, securing an investment of $206 million.
