Esther advises boards of directors, senior management teams, and private equity sponsors on a broad range of matters, including private and public mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and business carve-outs, equity investments, joint ventures, and other strategic partnerships.
Esther primarily represents clients in the technology and life sciences industries and also advises companies in the financial services, media and telecommunications, energy, healthcare, hospitality, and manufacturing industries.
Esther has extensive experience guiding clients through pivotal cross-border transactions, spanning the U.S., UK, Europe, Asia, and Africa. She is particularly valued for her ability to bridge differing market expectations, lead multi-jurisdictional deal teams, and manage execution risk.
In addition to English, Esther is fluent in Indonesian and conversational in Mandarin and Korean.
