Emily Kraus is an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where her practice focuses on antitrust and competition law.

During law school, Emily spent time working in the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division in the Defense, Industrials, and Aerospace section, focusing on merger clearance. Emily also externed in the Federal Trade Commission for Commissioner Melissa Holyoak. She was also a research assistant in the George Mason University's Law and Economics Center for the Global Antitrust Institute.

Before law school, Emily worked as a senior analyst for Analysis Group, focusing on a variety of law and economics related litigation.
