    Brian has been involved in numerous transactions with industry leaders such as DoorDash in its $8 billion acquisitions of Wolt Enterprises, AppLovin in its $430 million acquisition of Wurl, Mastercard in its acquisition of CipherTrace, ExtraHop in its $900 million sale to Bain Capital and Infogain in its sale to Apax.

AppLovin Corporation, a leading marketing platform, announced the entry into a definitive agreement to sell its mobile gaming business to Tripledot for $400.0 million in cash consideration and equity consideration representing approximately 20% of Tripledot. On December 23, 2024, USANA Health Sciences announced the acquisition of a 78.8 percent controlling ownership stake in Hiya Health Products, a leading direct-to-consumer provider of high-quality children’s health and wellness products.
