Betty Rosenbaum is an associate in Wilson Sonsini’s London office, where she advises public and private technology companies at all stages of growth. She counsels clients in matters ranging from formation and early-stage venture financings to exit sales and strategic transactions. She also supports venture capital funds and investment banks in investment transactions across the U.S. and UK.

In particular, Betty’s practice focuses on corporate and securities law, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and U.S. expansion. She has experience working with clients in a broad range of industries, including technology and software, life sciences, and financial services.

Prior to joining the London office, Betty supported U.S. and UK companies from Wilson Sonsini’s Washington, D.C., office.
