Austin Del Priore is an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where his practice focuses on privacy, cybersecurity, and consumer protection matters. Austin has defended major companies in high-profile investigations and enforcement actions brought by the FTC and other federal and state regulators. He has represented companies ranging from Fortune 50 enterprises to startups in matters involving artificial intelligence, biometrics, and children's privacy. Austin also counsels clients on a broad range of privacy and consumer protection laws, including Section 5 of the FTC Act, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, state comprehensive privacy laws, and AI and biometric privacy laws.

Prior to joining Wilson Sonsini, Austin was a litigation associate at Kirkland & Ellis, where he worked on FTC investigations and privacy litigation matters.
