Annie Giomi is a corporate associate in Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati’s San Francisco office, where she represents both public and private companies on corporate and securities law across all stages of growth, including public offerings, venturing financings, corporate governance, and public company disclosure matters.
During law school, Annie worked at both the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the Office of the Chief Counsel, Division of Trading and Markets and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau in the Office of Enforcement. Prior to law school, she worked at Sequoia Capital.
