Andrew Lombardo is an associate in the Seattle office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where his practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and other corporate and securities law matters. His transaction experience includes mergers, business combinations, stock and asset purchases, private equity transactions, leveraged buyouts, divestitures, carve-out and spin-off transactions, restructurings, minority investments, equity rollovers, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions for public and private companies, in the United States and abroad. Andrew has represented clients in a variety of industries, including software and technology, biotechnology and life sciences, energy and renewables, aerospace, banking and finance, and retail.

Prior to joining Wilson Sonsini, Andrew was a mergers and acquisitions and private equity associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Outside of the office, Andrew enjoys skiing, surfing, hiking, and traveling.
