On April 12, 2017, Yext, a leading platform for managing digital knowledge, announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 10,500,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $11.00 per share. The shares began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on April 13, 2017, under the ticker symbol "YEXT." Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati is representing Yext in the offering.
The company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,575,000 additional shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, and RBC Capital Markets are acting as joint bookrunners for the offering, while Pacific Crest Securities and Piper Jaffray are acting as co-managers. The offering is expected to close on April 19, 2017, subject to customary closing conditions.
