The Wilson Sonsini team that acted as the lead co-international counsel to the buyer consortium and the international counsel to the lead investor Warburg Pincus was led by partners Weiheng Chen and Jie Zhu, and included Xuchao Dong, Helen Wang, and Yiwen Feng.
