Xuchao Klaus Dong is a China partner in the Hong Kong office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he focuses his practice on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.

Xuchao worked as an associate at Wilson Sonsini from 2014 to 2016 and rejoined the firm in 2020. Prior to joining the firm, Xuchao practiced in Beijing and Hong Kong for international law firms. He also served as legal counsel at a leading PRC private equity firm.

Xuchao is a native Mandarin speaker and fluent in English and Cantonese.
