On July 30, 2025, Streamline AI, an intelligent intake and matter management platform for in-house legal teams, announced an oversubscribed $8.6 million Series A investment round led by Blumberg Capital, with participation from Tribeca Venture Partners, Acronym Venture Capital, Great Oaks Venture Capital, and Scribble Ventures. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati team advised Streamline AI on the transaction. 

The company will use the additional funding to accelerate its product roadmap and bolster its team.
