On August 4, 2025, Skylight Health, a healthcare company committed to improving specialty care for everyone, announced the closing of $13 million in aggregate financing led by Valtruis, with participation from Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) and Allen & Company LLC. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Skylight Health on the fundraise.

The proceeds from the Series A financing will be used to accelerate the development of Skylight Health’s advanced data analytics platform, technology-enabled care navigation programs, and buildout of community-based collaboration hubs, enabling whole-person, coordinated specialty care at scale.

The Wilson Sonsini team that advised Skylight Health on the transaction included Lang Liu, Alex Youssef, Gloria Liang, Madisyn Klein, and Jason Choi.
