On December 4, 2025, Quanta Financial, an AI-powered accounting platform, announced a $15 million Series A financing round led by Accel with participation from Operator Collective, Naval Ravikant, Designer Fund, Basecase, and other investors. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Quanta on the transaction.

Funds from the financing round will be used to accelerate production of a live, explainable system of record for finance.
