On April 11, 2025, Los Angeles-based Parallel Systems, an autonomous-railcar company, announced that it successfully completed a $38 million Series B financing round led by Anthos Capital with participation from Collaborative Fund, Congruent Ventures, and Riot Ventures, among others. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Parallel Systems on the transaction.

The additional capital will be allocated towards commercialization initiatives, with the company aiming to conduct its first commercial launch in 2026.
