On December 16, 2020, Fiserv, Inc., a provider of financial services technology solutions, announced that it signed a definitive agreement to acquire Ondot Systems, Inc., a digital experience platform for financial institutions. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati represented Ondot in the transaction.
Founded in 2011, Ondot processes more than 1 billion transactions per month and provides digital capabilities for over 20 million cards. The integration of Ondot will further expand Fiserv digital capabilities, enhancing its suite of integrated solutions to enable clients to deliver friction-less, digital-first, personalized experiences to their customers.
The transaction is subject to customary approvals and closing conditions and is expected to close in the first quarter of 2021. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
