On April 29, 2026, Off Piste Capital, a venture capital firm launched to support exceptional founders building the future, announced its first close of Off Piste Fund I with a group of strategic limited partners, including Edition Ventures. The fund is designed to invest in companies building the systems and infrastructure of the future. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Off Piste on the transaction.

Off Piste has already invested in four companies: Stendr, a Norway-based start-up developing AI-native command and control for counter-drone operations; Objection, a UK start-up focusing on accountability infrastructure for public information; Beyond Reach Labs, a YC-backed U.S. start-up creating advanced deployable space structures for space infrastructure; and Octet, a UK company specializing in cryptographic proof of physical location.
