On September 22, 2025, Saint-Gobain Glass, a leader in flat glass for building applications, and LuxWall, the pioneer in transparent insulation technology, announced a strategic partnership to bring INSIOTMnext-generation vacuum glazing to the European market. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati created LuxWall’s patent strategy and advised the company on patent matters related to the transaction.
Through this collaboration, Saint-Gobain will integrate LuxWall’s energy-efficient, transparent insulation technology into its INSIO™ solution, representing a powerful step toward enhancing building performance with measurable reductions in energy waste and capital expenditure.
