On February 18, 2025, Incept AI, a company focused on bringing voice AI for restaurant drive-thrus and phone orders, announced a $3 million pre-seed round led by Rally Ventures with participation from 10VC. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Incept AI on the transaction.

The company's proprietary Incept Neural Engine ensures accurate order-taking. The funding will be used to further develop the company’s audio processing technology and expand pilot deployments in large restaurant chains.

The Wilson Sonsini team that advised Incept AI on the transaction includes Jonathan Chan, Peter Bratton, and Mounika Yepuri.
