Wilson Sonsini senior counsel Robin Crauthers has been honored by the American Bar Association (ABA) Antitrust Law Section with its “Outstanding Performance Award” for her leadership and contributions to the Janet D. Steiger Fellowship Project.
A former trial attorney in the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division’s Media, Entertainment, and Professional Services section, Robin advises clients on complex antitrust investigations and litigation, including mergers and acquisitions. She has obtained multijurisdictional clearance in high-stakes transactions and guides public and private companies through investigations before the DOJ and Federal Trade Commission.
Robin has a longstanding commitment to developing the next generation of antitrust and consumer protection lawyers. Through her leadership of the Janet D. Steiger Fellowship Project, established in 2004 by the ABA Antitrust Law Section in cooperation with the National Association of Attorneys General, she helps provide law students with paid, hands-on experience in consumer protection and antitrust matters at state and territorial Attorneys General offices and other participating agencies.
Robin has served as vice chair of the Fellowship Project since 2021. Her connection to the program dates back to 2012, when she was selected as a Steiger Fellow while a student at Washington University School of Law.
