On January 15, Pointy, a retail tech start-up that helps brick-and-mortar stores sell goods online, announced that it had entered an agreement to be acquired by Google. Wilson Sonsini is representing Pointy in the transaction.
The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in the coming weeks. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Wilson Sonsini team advising Pointy included partners Megan Baier and Douglas Schnell, and associates Brendan Mahan, Catherine Riley Tzipori, and Abigail Riddle.
