Wilson Sonsini Advises Nosis Bio on Strategic Collaboration and License Agreement with Johnson & Johnson
On March 24, 2026, Nosis Bio, a pioneer in AI-enabled cell-specific delivery for RNA medicines, announced an expansion of its strategic collaboration with Johnson & Johnson. Their initial collaboration has been expanded through an option exercise, and simultaneously, Nosis Bio and Johnson & Johnson have entered into a new strategic collaboration agreement focused on neurology. The collaborations will deploy Nosis’ Connexa™ platform, which combines a proprietary atlas of cell-specific internalizing receptor targets with physics-aware generative AI, to design delivery vehicles that can navigate complex cell types. Wilson Sonsini Advises Enodia Therapeutics on Purchase Agreement with Kezar Life Sciences
On March 12, 2026, Enodia Therapeutics (Enodia), a biotechnology company developing novel small-molecule therapies for targeted protein degradation at the point of synthesis, and Kezar Life Sciences, a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing novel small molecule therapeutics to treat unmet needs in immune-mediated diseases, announced that Enodia has acquired Kezar’s assets from its Sec61-based discovery and development program. Under the terms of the purchase agreement between Enodia and Kezar, Kezar will receive an initial upfront payment totaling $1 million, and will receive future payments upon achievement of certain development, regulatory and commercialization milestones, for a potential total of up to $127 million. Enodia has also agreed to pay tiered royalties on net sales. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Enodia on the transaction.

Wilson Sonsini Advises Thinking Machines Lab on Strategic Partnership with NVIDIA
On March 10, 2026, Thinking Machines Lab and NVIDIA announced a multi-year strategic partnership to deploy at least one gigawatt of next-generation NVIDIA Vera Rubin systems to support Thinking Machines’ frontier model training and platforms delivering customizable AI at scale. In addition, NVIDIA has made a significant investment in Thinking Machines to support the company’s long-term growth. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Thinking Machines on both the partnership and the investment.
The partnership between the companies also includes an effort to design training and serving systems for NVIDIA architectures and broaden access to frontier AI and open models for enterprises, research institutions, and the scientific community.

How Wilson Sonsini Helped Foresight Diagnostics with Its Growth, Scale-Up, and Acquisition
Foresight Diagnostics is a leading cancer diagnostics company founded in 2020 and spun out of Stanford University. Foresight has developed a novel liquid biopsy testing platform for the measurement of minimal residual disease that is significantly more sensitive than existing tests. Its technology, called PhasED-SeqTM, is based on a simple blood draw and next-generation sequencing. It is broadly applicable to a variety of cancers, and its ability to detect circulating tumor DNA at levels of 0.0001 percent (or one part-per-million) has the potential to provide actionable information to physicians and biopharmaceutical companies, thus enabling the development of a more proactive and personalized treatment approach.
