Wilson Sonsini Advises Cursor on Acquisition of Graphite
On December 19, 2025, Cursor, the leading AI development platform, announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Graphite, a start-up that uses AI to review code. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Cursor on the transaction.
The transaction brings together best-in-class tools for creating, reviewing, and merging code in the AI age. Graphite will continue to operate independently, with the same team and product. According to Cursor, in the coming months the two companies will explore connecting their products, for instance with tighter integrations between local development and pull requests and smarter code review that learns from both systems.

Wilson Sonsini Advises Anduril on Partnership with Microsoft to Advance U.S. Army’s IVAS Program
On February 11, 2025, Microsoft Corp. and Anduril Industries, a leader in defense technology, announced an expanded partnership to drive the next phase of the U.S. Army’s Integrated Visual Augmentation System (IVAS) program. Through this partnership agreement, and pending Department of Defense approval, Anduril will assume oversight of production, future development of hardware and software, and delivery timelines. This agreement also establishes Microsoft Azure as Anduril’s preferred hyperscale cloud for all workloads related to IVAS and Anduril AI technologies. On September 20, 2023, Roblox announced it acquired Speechly, a leading provider of speech recognition tools for voice chat moderation. Founded in 2016, Speechly's mission is to use voice technology to enable more delightful human computer voice interactions, and to empower and enhance communication between people. Speechly developed a speech recognition product that allowed fast, real-time and cost-efficient voice moderation helping developers reduce toxic behavior in online communities. Roblox is building the leading platform for 3D immersive communication and connection. With the addition of Speechly's new voice features, Roblox is solving new challenges—moderating spoken language in real time. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
