As described by Foundry, the acquisition accelerates Foundry's AI strategy, adding critical orchestration capabilities to complement the AI-powered features in Foundry's product portfolio. It represents the next evolution of this strategy, enabling studios to orchestrate multiple AI models and agents within secure, professional workflows that connect seamlessly with Foundry's existing creative toolsets. Griptape enables controlled access to rapidly evolving open-source and commercial AI models in a user-friendly framework, while balancing the strict security and traceability required by major production environments.

On February 5, 2026, nLIGHT, Inc., a leading provider of high-power lasers for mission-critical directed energy, optical sensing, and advanced manufacturing applications, closed an underwritten public offering of 3,977,273 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $44.00 per share. In addition, on February 9, 2026, nLIGHT closed the sale of an additional 596,590 shares of its common stock, at the same public offering price, pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares. The aggregate gross proceeds from the offering was approximately $201 million, before deducting the underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses. Wilson Sonsini Advises Zipline on $600 Million Financing
On January 21, 2026, Zipline, an American robotics company that designs, manufactures, and operates the world’s largest autonomous delivery system, announced that it has raised more than $600 million in financing, valuing the company at $7.6 billion. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Zipline on the transaction.
The funding includes participation from several existing and new investors, including Fidelity Management & Research Company, Baillie Gifford, Valor Equity Partners, and Tiger Global. Zipline will use the funds to accelerate its expansion into at least four new states this year, with Houston and Phoenix as the first two markets on that journey.

Wilson Sonsini Advises Armada Acquisition Corp. II on $1 Billion Business Combination with Evernorth Holdings
On October 20, 2025, Armada Acquisition Corp II (Armada II), a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company, and Evernorth Holdings Inc. (Evernorth), a newly formed Nevada corporation focused on enabling institutional-scale adoption of XRP, announced that they have entered into a definitive business combination agreement through which Evernorth will become a publicly listed company. The transaction is expected to raise more than $1 billion in gross proceeds, establishing Evernorth as the largest public XRP-treasury company and a first-of-its-kind institutional vehicle built to accelerate XRP adoption. Investors include SBI, Ripple, Rippleworks, and leading digital-asset and fintech investors such as Pantera Capital, Kraken, and GSR, with participation from Ripple co-founder Chris Larsen. Upon closing, the combined company will operate under the Evernorth name and is expected to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “XRPN,” subject to applicable listing requirements and other customary closing conditions.
