On June 23, 2025, ArrePath, a company applying its proprietary artificial intelligence and machine learning platform together with deep R&D technical expertise to address the challenge of best-in-class antibacterial drug discovery, announced that it has raised a new round of financing to advance its pipeline and continue to expand the scope and capabilities of its discovery platform. The Boehringer Ingelheim Venture Fund led the financing, which also included existing investors Insight Partners, Innospark, and Nor’easter Ventures, and new investor AB Magnitude. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised ArrePath on IP matters related to the transaction.
This latest fundraise, in combination with ArrePath’s recently announced non-dilutive funding awards from PACE and CARB-X, enables the company to advance its lead program, AP-001, toward development candidate nomination and eventual Phase 1 studies. In addition, proceeds will support expansion of ArrePath’s novel compounds active against non-tuberculous mycobacteria.
The Wilson Sonsini team advising ArrePath on IP matters included Bill Barrett, Stephen Olshemski, and David Clark.
