On July 18, 2024, Wilson Sonsini was shortlisted in two practice categories for the LMG Life Sciences 2024 Americas Awards, LMG's annual awards program that honors the top firms and legal professionals in the life sciences market. The firm has been named a finalist for Corporate Firm of the Year and Hatch-Waxman Litigation Firm of the Year (Generic).

Additionally, four Wilson Sonsini attorneys were named finalists for individual awards: Kassandra Castillo for U.S. Rising Star (Financial & Corporate), Derrick Rowe for U.S. Rising Star (Intellectual Property), T.O. Kong for Hatch-Waxman Litigator of the Year (Generic), and Michael Hostetler for Patent Strategy Attorney of the Year (California).

Awards are based on interviews and surveys completed by active industry participants. Winners will be announced at the annual awards ceremony held in New York City on September 5, 2024.
