This annual Big Pitch event marks the commencement off the new cohort of the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme and celebrates the remarkable achievements of our current Clinical Entrepreneurs. The event will feature main stage keynotes from senior DHSC and NHS leaders, partner panels, pitches from our entrepreneurs and an exhibition zone showcasing innovations from Clinical Entrepreneurs, innovators from other NHSE programmes and CEP partners. There will also be a range of expert satellite sessions and the opportunity to meet the CEP mentors.
One of the satellite sessions be will a facilitated Q&A discussion entitled "Coming to America: Transforming UK/EU Companies through US Expansion and Fundraising", Daniel Glazer, Wilson Sonsini London Office Managing Partner and US Expansion Lead, Wilson Sonsini Partner Chris McAndrew, and Squire Servance, Senior Of Counsel will be joined by Mike Whitacre, US Tax Partner, and Malcolm Joy, UK Managing Partner, both of Frazier & Deeter Advisory LLC. They will address what it takes for a UK/EU life science companies to compete and win in the US and meet the expectations of US investors, commercial partners, employees, and acquirers.
