Wilson Sonsini Of Counsel Andrew Morrison is participating in CompLaw: Summer School, a competition law and economics program hosted by Informa Connect at Downing College, University of Cambridge.
Andrew joins Philipp Tillman, Vice President at Analysis Group, for the session "Hot Topic: Labour Markets: What are the Concerns?" They will address non-poach agreements, wage fixing, non-solicitation clauses, benchmarking, and information sharing, and the risks these practices raise from a competition law perspective. Panelists will also discuss how competition authorities are approaching labour markets, lessons learned from the U.S., and related compliance concerns.
The summer school brings together regulators, in-house counsel, private practice lawyers, economists, and academics for a comprehensive review of EU and UK competition law. For more information and to register, please visit the event website.
