Andrew Morrison is Of Counsel in the London office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where his practice focuses on a broad range of UK and European competition law matters. Andrew’s experience includes advising clients on complex multi-jurisdictional mergers, cartel investigations (including leniency and immunity), and abuse of dominance cases before UK and European authorities. He also represents clients in both UK and European appellate proceedings, as well as UK competition law damages proceedings. 

Andrew has significant experience in the life sciences and healthcare sector, having worked on a wide variety of merger control matters for pharmaceuticals and medical device manufacturers, as well as on many of the UK and EU’s headline pharmaceutical investigations. In addition, he has extensive experience in retail and consumer goods, having spent a year on secondment advising on global antitrust and compliance matters for one of the UK’s largest listed global food and manufacturing conglomerates. 

More broadly, Andrew has worked on major mandates in travel technology, aviation infrastructure, financial services, basic industries, logistics, and social care. He has also worked with a range of institutional investors to mitigate regulatory risk across their investment portfolios.
