NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme Big Pitch 2025
This annual Big Pitch event marks the commencement off the new cohort of the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme and celebrates the remarkable achievements of our current Clinical Entrepreneurs. The event will feature main stage keynotes from senior DHSC and NHS leaders, partner panels, pitches from our entrepreneurs and an exhibition zone showcasing innovations from Clinical Entrepreneurs, innovators from other NHSE programmes and CEP partners. There will also be a range of expert satellite sessions and the opportunity to meet the CEP mentors.

Yale Innovation Summit 2024
The Yale Innovation Summit, Sponsored by Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, convenes the innovation and entrepreneurship community for two days of impactful conversations, purposeful networking, and Yale pitch competition across five tracks of programming. Celebrating its 10th year, the event has become one of the region’s biggest and most impactful innovation events, drawing investors, founders, and industry partners to Yale’s campus from around the world to create new connections and opportunities. Five tracks of programming will each feature keynotes, panel discussions, and pitch competitions in the arts, biotech, climate, health, and technology. This year’s event theme will focus on the event’s ten-year anniversary milestone, the transformational potential of AI, and the evolution of Yale and New Haven as a “next great innovation hub.”

A strong patent portfolio starts with thoughtfully-crafted patent strategies. Crafting a patent strategy begins with matching patent filing timelines to business timelines (including IND filings, marketing approval, expected market exclusivities, and fundraising). It also includes detailed planning for global patent protection in light of market opportunities and patent expiration dates. Finally, your patent strategy must also look at how to maximize patent term, for example through strategic use of accelerated filings.
