Wilson Sonsini privacy and cybersecurity partner Laura De Boel and associate Roberto Yunquera Sehwani are delighted to invite you to join your privacy peers for an informal benchmarking discussion on the privacy implications of the new EU Digital Markets Act (DMA). The DMA is set to have a big impact on gatekeeper’s data collection and data sharing practices. Companies that routinely interact or contract with gatekeepers should also assess the implications for their business. Aligning companies’ GDPR compliance strategy with the new DMA rules will be crucial to successfully navigate the new regulatory landscape.
The Wilson Sonsini team will provide business critical updates as well as grant our attendees the opportunity to safely engage with one another. This Roundtable will take place at the Stanhope Hotel in Brussels, and lunch will be served. During the session, we welcome participants' views and experiences to maximize benchmarking opportunities.
We look forward to a lively discussion!
