Beau Buffier is an antitrust partner in the New York and Boston offices of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where his practice focuses on defending clients in merger investigations before the Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice as well as non-U.S. antitrust agencies including the CMA (UK).
