Wilson Sonsini partners Brent Snyder and Jindrich Kloub will play key roles at the 2026 ABA Antitrust International Cartel Workshop in Vienna. Serving as Workshop Vice Chair, Brent Snyder contributes significantly to developing a program centered on developments and trends in international cartel enforcement as well as best practices through “demonstrations” based on a hypothetical cartel. In addition to his leadership role, Brent oversaw the drafting of the hypothetical on which the Workshop will be based, and Wilson Sonsini associate Paige Hammond will participate in the “Introduction to the Hypothetical” session, setting the stage for the Workshop’s in-depth demonstrations of a global cartel investigation.
Brent will also co-moderate the panel “Antitrust in the Americas: Recent Trends,” where he and other former U.S. DOJ Antitrust Division Deputy Assistant Attorneys General for Criminal Enforcement will discuss the latest enforcement developments and strategic insights relevant to cartel enforcement across jurisdictions. Meanwhile, Jindrich Kloub will serve as panelist and moderator for the “Demonstration — Responding to the Whistle’s Call” session, leading nuanced discussions on client responses to whistleblower allegations in the United States, including practical guidance on global strategic options.
The Workshop, held in collaboration with the International Bar Association, features two and a half days of immersive programming, including practical demonstrations, expert commentary, and valuable networking opportunities. For more information and to register, please visit the event website.
